Corrections

Okay, so the scale was off, it wasn't balanced correctly. When I weighed myself again I was about 116-117. Although it's not 113, I feel better about it, it's more realistic. That puts my BMI at around 17.8.. Couldn't get the diet pills today, I had to spend all my money on books. Soon, soon, soon.

Testing: Is this thing on?

I weighed myself today. No clothes, but with damp hair.. I'm 113! Good god! I don't think the scale was working because I don't look thinner. It's a good mental place to be at, though. I ran a mile this morning and I'm picking up some pills on my way back from school (if my books don't take up all my money).

Day 2

My new favorite food: shrimp. At about 12 calories each and full of protein, they're a great food. I can have 10 shrimp and horseradish sauce for under 100 calories and I'm completely full. If you put a lot of horseradish and not a lot of ketchup the spicy-ness makes you feel full. You can easily hide how much you're eating because the shells make a lot of mess and it looks like you've eaten a lot. So if I make it until the big dinner tonight I should stay under 500 calories.
Success! I ate a reasonable amount of guacamole with chips. But I did have another small slice of cake... I'm not having any cravings this evening, though, so all is well.
Vitamin: Yes
Exercise: Yes (twice!)
Water: No where near enough (though with school tomorrow that will help)
Calories: Around 500

Weakness

Mom bought my favorite cake today: German chocolate and I just had a slice... I feel so bad now. I should have stopped after the first bite or so.. I didn't need all of that. It was good, but now my body feels like crap. Something to think about next time I feel like binging. I started a fitjournal, and I'm going to be good from now on. I'm still under 500 calories today though.

Day One

Every day is day one. I'm 5'8" and I weigh around 120 lbs (I'm using the high end of the spectrum for this.. Hopefully I'm more 118 or so). I can't weigh myself now because the scale is in mom's bathroom, and she's suspicious. This means my BMI is 18.28. My goal is to be at 110 pounds by the end of the summer. That's five pounds a month. By the end of July my BMI will be 17.5 and by the end of August 16.76. These are acceptable, achievable goals. This blog is for all of the negative things in my life. This week, I'm working on cutting calories and upping exercise. Pilates every day. Eventually I'll add in cardio on the tread mill. Instead of eating today, I cleaned my bathroom. Tomorrow I'll tackle my closet. On my way back from SAT prep on Monday, I'll pick up some diet pills.

Food: 430 calories ?
One Serving Corn (probably a lot of butter)(100 calories ?)
